Description

The 4-piece wooden collars (block pallet format) are a flexible, cost-effective and environmentally friendly alternative to traditional packaging systems. The pallet boxes are used in various (internal) logistics applications. Think of e-waste boxes, big bag holders, retail product displays, collapsible bulk container (with funnel bottom), potato crates and flower bulb export boxes.

The wood is made of 20 mm thick and 95 mm wide Northern European Spruce (ISPM15 certified). The gap between the planks is 85 mm. The steel structure on the top and bottom consists of 2 mm galvanized steel edges. The walls can be attached to pallets by means of centering plates and lock hooks, whereby the rubber spring block in the lock hook ensures a firm closure (board thickness of 20 mm). The top of the steel edges are fitted with steel lips (two per wall) making the pallet boxes stackable.
