Green lifting belt for lighter lifting operations with a working load (WLL) of 2 tons, a belt width of 60 mm and two lifting loops. Both lifting loops are narrowed and reinforced for longer service life. Manufactured from 100% polyester webbing fabric as standard. These synthetic slings are known for their strong and lightweight design, crucial in the lifting industry. The design makes it easy to safely lift a variety of products, increasing productivity. Suitable for ambient temperatures from -40 to +100 degrees. Equipped with a safety factor of 7:1 and suitable for multiple use, but must be checked for damage before each use. In addition, it is mandatory to have lifting slings inspected annually by a certified inspector and the inspection report must be kept.
The lifting slings meet all legal safety requirements and are manufactured according to the CE standard and EN1492-1 standard and are supplied with a certificate. Each lifting sling is equipped with an extra strong and hard-wearing certificate label & user manual, consisting of an extra strong PVC material and fitted with a plastic protective cover. The load capacity (working load WLL) of lifting strap can be derived from the color, label or number of stripes stitched into the lifting strap.
